All our quotes are fixed-priced. This means that we won’t charge you more for the agreed on project than the price we quote. Our fixed-priced are based on the amount of time we estimate it will take us to complete your handbook project. And, yes, everything is included. Unlike other consultants, we don’t limit the number of revisions you need for your handbook or the number of emails or phone calls necessary to make sure we are getting things right. Our fixed-priced quote includes it all.
And here is a little something extra we provide you that others don’t. The amount included in the fixed-price quote is the most we will charge you for the project; however, we may charge you less. If we overestimated the quote and it takes us less time that we thought, we will only change you for the time it takes us. That way you are protected from runaway cost while never having to pay us more than we earned. We believe for you that is what they call a win-win.
